Safety Inspector
As an Undercover Operative, not only did I usually have a specific assigned task, but I also reported on other work issues, notably Fire and Safety. Therefore, I was both a Fire Inspector and Safety Inspector. In the latter role I identified potential hazards and reported on such activities as employees doing "wheelies" with forklifts or failing to follow certain safety procedures.
