Steelworker
While I was an Undercover Operative, one of my assignments was to an ironworks plant to do a safety check prompted by alleged drug activity there. (I was able to confirm this positively.) I was assigned to work on a "burn table" (which used acetylene torches on conveyor belts to cut plate steel), doing some day-shift and night-shift periods. I belonged to United Steel Workers of America, but the detective agency prohibited any reporting on lawful union activity or other union abuses (or I would not have worked for them).
