Trainer for a Day

I spent Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at Aquarium Niagara (in Niagara Falls, N.Y.) as "Trainer for a Day," putting sea lions through their paces, feeding harbor seals and giving one its medicine, and otherwise spending quality time with the sea creatures. In one picture, I pose with a 20-year-old, blind California sea lion, "Diamond," who painted a picture for me. (I have also studied giant eels at the aquarium on other occasions and observed river otters courtesy of the Buffalo Zoo - all part of my studies as a Cryptozoologist.)
